The service was outstanding with the staff being incredibly helpful and even practicing German with my son. The location was very convenient for accessing Zurich airport with a free shuttle bus to the hotel, although pedestrian traffic could be limited and confusing. The staff were extremely cooperative and super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, just 11 minutes from the center of Zurich by train and close to the airport.
